In order to register to prepare for RCIA-Adapted, please do the following:

1.  Go to our Formation Registration Page. Fill out the form and list RCIA-AC on top of front sheet. On back only list childs name, date of birth and grade for 24-25.
2. Sign Up for an Initial Meeting with our Coordinator - see link to the right.
3. Attend the initial meeting with your child.  Please bring the required items to the meeting. (See column to the right)

 The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults Adapted for Children is for those children age 7 to 12th grade who have never been baptized, or who have been baptized in another Christian tradition and now wish to inquire into our Catholic faith or those who were baptized Catholic but did not receive further religious education to complete the Sacraments of Initiation (First Communion and Confirmation).

This program is a personal journey for the student to learn more about the Catholic Faith and deepen their spiritual growth in knowing God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Church's teaching. Upon completion of this program, the student will receive their Sacraments of Baptism (if not baptized), First Communion, and Confirmation through four stages.
