    • What is LoveEd?

LoveEd is designed to equip, guide and educate parents to talk more confortably and effectively with their childrenabout life, love and sexuality. It helps parents have "The Talk" with their children about God's plan for them.
The program consists of three parts:

      1. A Parent Training Seminar for parents of children ages 2-14.
      2. Four age-specific, gender-specific Parent/Child Events designed to guide a conversation between the individual child and his or her parents.
      3. A parent/child reading and discussion of the take-home material

The Parents Training Seminar is a two hour video and discussion event to build understanding to be able to have the parent-child discussion at a later time.

    • Edge MS Youth Group (Grades 7-8)

7th & 8th graders meet in a youth group format to develop their understanding of our Catholic Faith by exploring themes.  These themes are developed through fun interactive activities and games, presentation of material and then small group discussions led by Edge Core Team Members.  The youth are then sent out with an understanding of how to put their faith in action.  See the video to the right for more information
      Currently, Edge is offered on

      • Sundays, 5:15-6:30 pm
      • Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 pm
The themes for the 2021-2022 year are
      • Fall semester: Thou Shall
Thou Shall challenges the youth to look at the Ten Commandments not as a list of all the things they should not do, but rather as a guideline that brings them to live lives of true freedom and happiness. This semester introduces the youth to the Ten Commandments as a whole and unpacks the first five of the Ten Commandments.
      • Spring Semester: For You From You
For You From You For You/From You, covers the final five commandments that are geared toward our personal integrity and treatment of our neighbor. The youth will be challenged to look at various areas in their lives and see that these commandments don’t just tell them what not to do, but rather, they set a standard for how they should treat others and how they themselves are to be treated.
    • Family Faith Formation
      (Grades K-8)

Develop your family’s faith all together.  Supported and led by parish catechists and the materials provided, you and your family will be a part of a small group of families to grow your faith together in an easy in-home and on campus format.

      Your family's commitment:

      • Participate at Sunday & Holy Day Masses, attend regular Confession throughout the year, practice daily prayer/devotions at home, and practice stewardship (time, talent, and treasure).  These are the essential first components to faith-formation.
      • Parents attend an online or in-person monthly teaching meeting. In the parent meeting, we will explore the content that is to be taught to your child(ren) that month.  We will also teach you how to present the lessons to your child(ren) that month.
      • Families will be a part of a family pod, a group of 4-6 families with a lead family that will support you and facilitate the group meetings.
      • Families meet on campus with their family pod to share one lesson per month. This may have to move to an online format, or just be done in the home, according to any changing restrictions. All health restrictions will be followed.
      • Parents teach one other lesson to the whole family at once, with easy-to-implement activities during the month. Some of these activities can be incorporated into family moments you already have – at the dinner table, driving in the car, etc.
      • Families attend a small pod social, service or liturgical gathering each month to build community with other families.  This may have to be held online, or adjusted according to any changing restrictions.
    • PARENT TAUGHT HOME STUDY FORMATION OPTION(K-8) - parent taught lessons with digital activities

The parent is given access to a digital catechist's manual and uses that to teach their student each lesson at their own pace.  Students complete choice of activities through a digital portal.  Parent can see student's work through the scoring portal.  For more information see the video to the right.
