2025-2026 Faith Formation Registration Important Dates
- April 6, 2025-June 7, 2025 = EARLY Registration (Discounted Materials Fees)
- June 7, 2025-August 10, 2025- Open Registration
- August 11, 2025-August 20, 2025 - NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
- August 21, 2025 - Late Registration opens - children/teens will be placed in remaining open sessions.

For Paper Registration
Paper Registration Forms are also accepted.
You can pick up registration forms at the reception desk in the Formation building, in the Narthex, or download and print the registration form found to the right.
To turn in paper registration forms with payment, you can bring them by the church office, put them into the church dropbox outside the church office or mail them to us.

Materials Fees
- Early Registration Materials Fees (until 6/7/25) = $50 per child, up to $180 max per family.
- Registration Formation Materials Fees = $60 per child, up to $200 max per family
- First Communion Materials Fees = $60 per child
- Confirmation Materials Fees = $50 per teen

Sacrament Preparation fees will be paid during
your initial meeting with the coordinator.Please never let money be a reason you choose to NOT enroll your child to learn about the faith. Contact us to let us know about special circumstances.

2024-2025 Fechas importantes de inscripción para la formación de fe
- 7 de junio de 2024-11 de agosto de 2024 = Inscripción
- 12 de agosto de 2024-18 de agosto de 2024 - NO SE ACEPTARÁN INSCRIPCIONES
- 19 de agosto de 2024: inscripción tardía: los niños/adolescentes se ubicarán en las sesiones abiertas restantes.

Para feligreses registrados -¡Fácil proceso de registro en línea de dos pasos!
- Inscriba a sus hijos para las sesiones de formación en la fe a través del Registro de Formación Parroquial: consulte el enlace a la derecha.
- Pague las tarifas de los materiales de la sesión de formación a través de uno de los enlaces a la derecha. Y envíe el recibo por correo electrónico a [email protected].

Para registro en papel
También se aceptan formularios de inscripción en papel.
Puede recoger los formularios de inscripción en la recepción del edificio de Formación, en Narthx, o descargar e imprimir el formulario de inscripción que se encuentra a la derecha.
Para entregar los formularios de inscripción en papel con el pago, puede traerlos a la oficina de la iglesia, ponerlos en el buzón de la iglesia afuera de la oficina de la iglesia o enviárnoslos por correo.

Cuotas de inscripción
- Costo de materiales para inscripción anticipada (hasta el 7/6/25): $50 por niño, hasta un máximo de $180 por familia.
- Costo de materiales para la formación de la inscripción: $60 por niño, hasta un máximo de $200 por familia.
- Costo de materiales para la Primera Comunión: $60 por niño.
- Costo de materiales para la Confirmación: $50 por adolescente.

Las tarifas de preparación sacramental se pagarán durante su reunión inicial con el coordinador.
Por favor, nunca permita que el dinero sea una razón para elegir NO inscribir a su hijo en el aprendizaje sobre la fe. Contáctenos para informarnos sobre circunstancias especiales. -
